Casa Las Laderas de Portillo is a spacious and welcoming holiday home surrounded by the green, rolling countryside of Cantabria. The dining area leads onto a sunny balcony overlooking the countryside: a lovely spot for a slow breakfast, an afternoon with a book or a glass of wine at the end of the day.

The house accommodates up to six guests and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. Its generous living spaces make it ideal for families or friends travelling together, while its privacy, peaceful setting and warm atmosphere also make it a wonderful retreat for couples.

Outside, the large private garden offers plenty of space to relax, enjoy long meals and make the most of the quiet surroundings. As a corner property, the house feels especially open and enjoys beautiful, uninterrupted views across the Cantabrian countryside. A private garage provides convenient parking as well as space for bicycles, surfboards and other outdoor equipment.

Despite its tranquil location, Casa Las Laderas de Portillo is only 7.5 kilometres (approximately a 15-minute drive) from San Vicente de la Barquera. Within a short journey, you can enjoy the town’s restaurants, lively terraces and fishing harbour, as well as the spectacular beaches along this part of the Cantabrian coast.

Spend the day exploring, surfing or enjoying the atmosphere of San Vicente, and return afterwards to your own peaceful hideaway in the hills.
