Casa Laurel, is a beautiful detached family house with a large garden.

The house is situated in Abaño, which is part of the municipality of San Vicente de la Barquera and 5 minutes driving from the Oyambre National Parque. The town of San Vicente de la Barquera is within 3 km distance and the beaches 5 km.

Inside the house you find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has an open architectural design making it spacious house that ensure family connection and quality time. Two bedrooms have double beds while one bedroom is aimed for children. There is a large living room with a XL family sofa and a modern and well equipped kitchen. The bedroom on the main floor has a desk and can be used as working space.

There is a large open area on the first floor that is equipped for children. There are plenty of toys to keep the little ones entertained. And while the children are enjoying their holiday the parents can enjoy the lounge area outside and prepare lunch or dinner at the barbecue area. The owners are Spanish but spent time in Australia and incorporated parts of the Australian culture in their house: the spacious lounge area outside, the XL fridge and the car that are both imported for Australia, the barbecue area and the reminders of surf and the ocean in the house.
